Day One – Spanish Tapas – Potatoes Bravas, Croquettes (ham & cheese or just cheese), Pan con Tomate, Spanish Garlic Shrimp
Day Two – Greek – Pastitsio (layered pasta dish with béchamel sauce), Spanakopita, Mediterranean Chicken, Olive Oil Cake
Day Three – Turkish – Mezze platter with Havuc tarator (carrot & walnut dip), Shish Kebabs (beef & veg) with garlic tahini sauce, Turkish flatbread, Ezme (Turkish condiment), Chocolate Filled Cookies
Day Four – Italian – Cacio e Pepe, Roasted Cauliflower with Pesto, Panazanella, Amaretti Cookies (contain almonds)

For classes listed on the website calendar, there is a 24 hour in advance refund policy. No same day refunds, unless weather prevents class attendance. No call, no show do not get credit towards another class.
For summer camps, I need 5 days in advance for a full refund. There is a fee that I do not get back when you cancel and that will come out of your refund.
If you give less than 5 days, but more than 48 hours, I can credit you one future single day class. I cannot give any refunds or credits with less than 24 hours notice as I have already shopped for groceries by that point. No refunds for not showing up with any notice.
For birthday parties, I need at least 5 days notice for a full refund. If you give me less than 5 days notice, you forfeit the $100 deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, we can move your deposit towards the new date. If we can’t find a date that works, you either need to keep the original date or forfeit your deposit.
