Birthday Parties at The Merry Kitchen

Host a Memorable Birthday Party!

Celebrate your special day at The Merry Kitchen with friends and family. Choose a theme from our website (click on the “calendar” tab and select any class to view the menu) or customize your own! You can also browse through previous months to explore a variety of options.

After cooking a delicious meal together, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations and take home the recipes. For an additional $15, you can also bake a birthday cake or other dessert during the class (menu adjustments may apply).

NOTES:

  • For children – $40-45/head, 10 kids max if held at the Merry Kitchen.
  • For adult parties – $75/hour (includes shopping, travel time, and a 2-hour class, usually totaling 4-5 hours) + Food Cost, 8 adults max if held at the Merry Kitchen.
  • If you have a larger head count than is listed, must be held at a larger venue.
  • Additional cost may apply (such as the cost of a venue if it is not someone’s home).

For classes listed on the website calendar, there is a 24 hour in advance refund policy. No same day refunds, unless weather prevents class attendance. No call, no show do not get credit towards another class.
For summer camps, I need 5 days in advance for a full refund. There is a fee that I do not get back when you cancel and that will come out of your refund.
If you give less than 5 days, but more than 48 hours, I can credit you one future single day class. I cannot give any refunds or credits with less than 24 hours notice as I have already shopped for groceries by that point. No refunds for not showing up with any notice.
For birthday parties, I need at least 5 days notice for a full refund. If you give me less than 5 days notice, you forfeit the $100 deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, we can move your deposit towards the new date. If we can’t find a date that works, you either need to keep the original date or forfeit your deposit.
