NOTE: This camp is NOT geared towards kids who have never cooked a day in their life. Advanced skills are not required, but some sort of kitchen experience is preferred. This is a learning experience, but I don't recommend this for absolute beginners. Kids who are comfortable in the kitchen will be good to go for this camp.

Each day the kids will be given mystery ingredients that they will incorporate into a meal. No recipes all week!

The first day we will go over some kitchen basics, knife skills and where to find everything so people are on the same page and then start cooking!

Please let me know ahead of time if your child has any allergies or restrictions. It will help me when I shop to make sure I have ingredients on hand for all.
